Art print delivery, returns and privacy

One unframed 200gsm matte art print,A3 £19.99 or A2 £29.99 including UK delivery. Choose print size before payment. A fixed choice supplies that design. Buddy permanently selects one eligible design from that edition; any Available soon design is excluded; your selected print size stays unchanged.

Confirmed paid orders are automatically sent to Prodigi for printing. Production normally takes3–5 working days, plus delivery normally 2–5 working days. These are estimates, not a guaranteed arrival date. We will contact you if your choice cannot be supplied.

For online art print purchases you can tell us you wish to cancel within 14 days of delivery, and then have another 14 days to return the item. Contact us promptly if you want to cancel before dispatch. These standard design and print-size options are not treated as personalised goods. We refund in accordance with your statutory rights, normally within 14 days of receiving the return, including standard outbound delivery. You pay return postage for a change of mind; contact us about faulty, incorrect or damaged items so we can arrange a remedy without charging you return postage. Reasonable deductions may apply for handling beyond what is needed to inspect the item.

Stripe processes payments. Our Cloudflare-hosted order service stores your paid-order reference, design, size, colour, email and delivery name/address, plus fulfilment status and supplier reference. Only authorised owner access can view the order queue. For automatic fulfilment we provide the required design, variant and delivery details to Prodigi. We do not store payment card numbers or use these details for advertising. Records are retained as needed for fulfilment, support and legal obligations. Keep your Stripe receipt. Contact us about missing orders, faults, cancellations or refunds. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
